2. Contract Conclusion Rules

  • A valid and legally binding sales contract for our home green plant decorations and home lifestyle products shall only take effect after our official order confirmation and shipment arrangement.

  • Automatic system-generated order acknowledgment emails only serve as a receipt of your order submission. We reserve the right to conduct subsequent reviews for abnormal pricing, stock shortages, risk fraud verification, and other unforeseen order issues, which will not be restricted by the automatic receipt notice.
